By accessing or using Socially Pro, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

If you are using Socially Pro on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these terms.

Socially Pro provides tools for social media planning, content publishing, collaboration workflows, media management, analytics, and related automation features.

Features may evolve over time. We may add, modify, or remove functionality to improve reliability, security, and performance.

You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information and for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials.

You must promptly notify us at support@sociallypro.app if you suspect unauthorized access, account misuse, or any security incident.

You agree not to use Socially Pro to violate laws, platform rules, intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or third-party terms.

You must not attempt to disrupt the platform, reverse engineer protected systems, upload malicious code, or abuse APIs and automation limits.

You retain ownership of content you upload or create in Socially Pro. You grant us a limited license to host, process, and transmit that content solely to operate and improve the service.

You represent that you have all necessary rights, permissions, and consents for content you publish through Socially Pro.

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis unless otherwise agreed in writing. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

You authorize us or our payment processors to charge your selected payment method for subscription fees, taxes, and applicable overage charges.

Socially Pro connects with third-party social networks, cloud services, and partner tools. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and policies.

We are not responsible for outages, API limitations, policy changes, or account actions imposed by third-party providers.

We work to provide reliable access, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation at all times.

Scheduled maintenance, emergency updates, and third-party dependencies may affect uptime, processing delays, or feature availability.

All platform software, branding, designs, and related materials (excluding your content) are owned by Socially Pro or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from protected platform assets without prior written permission.

You may stop using Socially Pro at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms, create legal risk, or misuse the platform.

Upon termination, your right to use the service ends immediately. Data retention and deletion are handled according to our Privacy Policy and applicable law.

Socially Pro is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not guarantee specific outcomes such as audience growth, engagement levels, or platform ranking performance.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Socially Pro and its affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

Our aggregate liability for claims arising out of or related to these terms will not exceed the amount paid by you to Socially Pro in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Socially Pro, its officers, employees, and affiliates from claims, liabilities, damages, and expenses arising from your use of the service, your content, or your violation of these terms.

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which Socially Pro is established, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Any disputes will be resolved in competent courts of that jurisdiction, unless mandatory law requires otherwise.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Material updates will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date.

Continued use of Socially Pro after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
